very nice very fast grate customer service , professional, courteous and responsive throughout the entire job and even after 1 year they respond fast and answer all the questions i have they are a pleasure to do business with highly recommend them

This company is a real class act. They were professional, courteous and responsive throughout. The whole process took 13 months from contract to switching on the panels. There's always lots of back and forth when it comes to red tape and bureaucracy and this was no different. I only wished they did provide more updates as I was getting worried for not knowing how long these things typically take In the end, the panels look great, and it's fun to see my meter going backwards. 9/10

Parrot solar has been incredible to our family. We looked into solar originally to save us money but after speaking with parrot solar we realized how much of a benefit adding a battery to our system would be and how much of an asset having solar truly is. The team explained the process in detail so we knew what to expect each step of the way. They made sure to keep us informed throughout the entire process which happened in a professional and timely manner. In install process was quick, efficient and professional. The inspection process was quick and easy, the longest part was waiting for our utility company to come out and swap the meter, even tho they could not do anything to speed up the process Parrot solar went above and beyond to get me updates from JEA and a date and time I could expect them to come install the meter. I can’t say enough nice things about the team and the company. We are a proud member of the parrot family and if you are interested in going solar Parrot solar is the way to go.
