What a pleasure it was to work with Brad Bjork. I was looking to have two entry doors to the basement replaced. He was very knowledgeable about his products and worked with us to ensure we would get what we wanted. The installers we wonderful and made sure installation was done to our approval. Great job!!!!

Window World employees just finished a vinyl repair on my home. Kudos to these hard working guys and gal. They did an excellent job, very professional. The clean up was so good you would not even know they had been there! Of course, this whole adventure started with a tall young man named Brad who came to the house and answered every question I put forth. And, he kept me posted until the job began. It is a real treat to work with people who are professional and want to please the customer. We need more people who want to work, not get paid for sitting on their butts. Carolyn King Shipman, VA
